1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Pinfall you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Pinfall is
Pinfall is an information app that displays professional wrestling event results, match cards, and wrestler information sourced from publicly available data. It is not affiliated with WWE, AEW, TNA, NJPW, or any wrestling promotion.
3. Accuracy
We aim to provide accurate results but cannot guarantee completeness or timeliness. Results are sourced from third-party data and may occasionally be incorrect or delayed. Do not use Pinfall as the sole source for any purpose where accuracy is critical.
4. Adverts
The app displays adverts served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party adverts.
5. Intellectual property
Wrestler names, promotion names, and event names are trademarks of their respective owners. Pinfall does not claim ownership of any of these marks.
6. Limitation of liability
Pinfall is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we exclude all liability for losses arising from your use of the app.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
